Twice a year, every unchanging yet changing year, the inhabitants of Northern America are subjugated to interact with time in a different way. They run around their homes, pulling down dust ridden clocks and turning the dials clockwise or counterclockwise. It seems that this is the closest we are going to get to the so-called past or future. Examined minutely, this + or – sixty minutes approach to life is alluring. It honors the living in the NOW ideology, one that I am excited to incorporate.
Here’s to adjusting once again to the time! May you not over sleep and be late for your Sunday morning walks or whatever else you have planned.
